For more Lovecraft coolness, here is a quick anatomical sketch I did of a Shoggoth, while waiting for soup in a restaurant on a sunny winter's afternoon.

It's been a long time. Lets start things over with a portrait of my fave author.
 (It's H.P. Lovecraft, just in case you didn't know) :) |

Here's a drawing I did of H.P. Lovecraft relaxing near his favourite crypt. :)

This is my rendition of Niki from the future. I didn't put the "Heroes" logo on her because, as of yet, we don't know what direction she'll go; good or evil.

Hi Guys, We're back from our very relaxing holiday in the vast and wonderful USA. We had a great time and feel a lot better. I'm doing pretty good and am already working on the big sideshow banner I'm painting for a guy in Edmonton. Here are a few pix of our trip.
Here is our get-together in NY at Joe O's restaurant. Dogmeat, Frohickey, Magista and Mazzy, respectively.
Here is a pic from the Aberdeen, Maryland Ordnance Museum Tank Collection. This is an English Mk IV WWI Tank.
This is a WW II German Mk I Light tank

| » Things to Finish Before I Go... |
I have a few art things to finish before Magista and I go on our well-deserved holiday. I have to make 15 sets of tiny little prop artifacts for the man in Singapore. They look like this:
I also have to put together some art for a t-shirt. This is the shirt for the upcoming "Con-Version 22" that I am guest artist for. Here is the logo I designed:
Finally, I have to finish a rendering of the house and yard where Magista's Dad lived before he moved. This the angle that I'll use when I draw it out.
So, I have some things to keep me busy til we go.

Well, here's another wonderful and insightful entry. I'm going back to the Doc to report on how well my current Med levels are working. There is some positive change, especially the paranoid feelings I had about the new upstairs neighbors. I'm still feeling bouts of depression and anxiety but I'll see if the Doc does some more fine-tuning Med-wise. Otherwise, I'm doing OK. I go outside to read whenever I have the chance and it's great to get outdoors in our reasonably nice back-yard. I'm looking forward to our upcoming trip to Delaware to stay with Magista's dad. I could use a break from the day to day routine.

| » Current Stuff... |
Well, it's been a while since my last entry. Emotionally, I'm not doing too bad since my last med change. I'm still nervous but I'm not obsessing about the neighbors upstairs or experiencing paranoid feelings. In other news, Singapore Guy is partially pleased with his Grails/Stones that I made. He complains about the grails all standing at a slight angle. Well, I didn't notice it. Anyway, he paid what he owed and I'm more or less happy. I'm reworking a few drawings that will be published as illustrations in a book that will be coming out this Fall (and hopefully paid, soon). Looking forward to our holiday this year; it will be nice to get away from things for awhile and it will be nice to see our NY friends again. I'm feeling a bit better each day and trying to just face each day as it comes.

Well, it's been a while since I've posted something. I'm waiting for the new upstairs neighbor to move in so I can get it over with. Those of you who know me are aware that I have an anxiety problem and new neighbors really push my buttons. We've been here nearly 9 years and this will be the ninth new upstairs occupant. So I'm waiting for the m to finally move in and I can see what they're like. The lady is around thirty and her room-mate is an oilfield worker and will only be home about 1 week out of two months or so. It sounds reasonable but I just want to get it over with before my next therapy session. :( In other news, I've completed another grueling job for my contact in Singapore; 30 1/6 scale Holy Grails and 30 sets of Sankara Stones for his line of custom Indiana Jones action figures. Here are the Grails for your perusal. :)

Here are the most recent results of my next 1/6 scale props project.

My stuff is on the lower part of the pic. The upper part is the prop as it appears in the movie. Keep in mind that my reproductions are in 1/6 scale; that means the grail is only 3/4 of an inch high.
